Elected the best digital professional in Brazil in 2017, Moa Netto brings a reputation as a collaborative and innovative creative thinker to his role as Chief Creative Officer of RAPP New York. Prior to joining RAPP, Moa was Creative Vice President at W3haus, the most-awarded Brazilian independent agency at Cannes in 2016. He has worked for some of the most creative shops in Brazil, including Almap BBDO, OGILVY São Paulo and DM9DDB. With a background in integrated traditional, digital and direct advertising, Moa has earned more than 160 advertising awards, including 21 Cannes Lions (four in 2016), D&AD, London International Advertising Awards, One Show, Webby Awards, DMA Echo Awards, Clio Awards and many others. He has served as a jury member at Cannes Lions 2013 and 2017, D&AD 2017, London Awards, New York Festivals, El Ojo, Fiap, Brazilian Creative Club and others.
