"Marie-Esther Mathonnat, 39, is OMD France President. She joined Isobar, the digital communication agency of Dentsu Aegis Network, as Account Executive in charge of the different e-commerce challenges for the clients. Then, in 2007, Marie-Esther joined Havas Media. First as Head of Consulting, where she participated in the creation of the e-commerce department. In 2011, she was appointed Senior Manager, in charge of Mulliez (Leroy Merlin, Decathlon, Saint Maclou, Flunch and 3Suisses). Meanwhile she led the DDOG strategic process development and deployment within Havas Media teams. In 2014, she was promoted to Partner in charge of Carglass, Fnac-Darty, and several other Banking and Retail accounts. She succeeded, with her new responsibilities, in setting up a new mediaplanning combining data and innovation for the benefit of its customers’ business and became in 2018, Managing Director of Arena Media. She joined OMD France in 2019 as President. "
