Growing up, Jess actually enjoyed watching commercials and always loved reading magazines FOR the ads. A self-proclaimed advertising enthusiast, Jess strives to deliver on consumer needs via data and insight led recommendations. She is a master at working in an agile environment having worked in several fast paced categories like Retail and Tech. Jess also has deep experience in target development leveraging agency and syndicated resources. While working on Panera, she recreated their segmentation study within syndicated research and created a target analysis to inform their media strategy which was also adopted by the creative agency. Due to Jess’ experience with multi-channel planning, she also has extensive experience in channel planning informed by various agency tools with input from industry data. Jess has a passion for mentorship and has created or had a heavy hand in learning and development programs at several agencies. Most recently, she developed and ran two semesters of Maxus’ Planning Program for junior to mid-level talent. What’s more, she was the local champion for Maxus North America’s Walk the Talk program empowering senior level women within the network to rise above their own comfort zone. While we know Jess is a media expert, she also enjoys home design and experimenting with different projects in her own home with her husband and daughter. Her three cats and one dog are sometimes inconvenienced.
