Gian Carlo Lanfranco & Rolando Cordova have spent the last 15 years living around the globe. Originally from Lima-Peru, Gian and Rolando are considered the most international Peruvian creatives. They are co-founders of Lanfranco & Cordova New York-Lima. Previously they worked as Global Creative Directors at McGarry Bowen New York, launching American Express global campaign "Don’t live life without it". Prior to this, they worked as Creative Directors for Global brands at McCann New York where they were responsible for the successful Chevrolet Activation Campaign "Test Drive with a Purpose". Before landing in New York, the pair spent two years in Paris working at the French hot shop Fred & Farid, creating global work for the iconic brand Orangina. Prior to their Parisian experience they lived for five years in Amsterdam working at Wieden+Kennedy, where they created global digital work for Coca Cola and at BSUR where they worked as the leading team on the global MINI business. There, they were responsible of the multi-awarded launch of the MINI Countryman and Coupe. They also taught at the Miami Ad School in Amsterdam—sharing their experiences with up-and-coming talent. Before Amsterdam, they worked for two years at Saatchi & Saatchi Singapore, helping the agency become "Asian Agency of the year" two years in a row. Gian and Rolando started their career in Saatchi & Saatchi Peru where they won the first ever Future Lions in Cannes. Their work has been recognized at all the major advertising festivals, including: Cannes Lions, The One Show, The Clio Awards, Art Directors Club, London International Awards, Eurobest, Epica Awards, Young Guns, New York Festivals and Ojo de Iberoamerica. They served as juries and speakers at The One Show, Dubai Lynx, El Dorado Festival, Ojo de Iberomaerica, etc. The pair recently launched their first book titled "Por si alguien te dice que no"; a creative manual to help young South American talent to achieve their dreams. When they are not thinking new ideas, you can find them playing Pétanque at Washington Square Park.
