"Erika is co-founder of creative communications business, Spring, the Agency for Change. Spring works with change-makers in organisations including EDF Energy, Anglian Water, London & Partners, British Psychological Society, Moroccan National Tourism Office, West Midlands Combined Authority, Paradigm Academies Trust and NHS. Spring is lead by a clear Ethos that Erika drives into the heart of the business: to bring positive energy, know what matters, make excellent work, improve people’s lives and live Spring’s vision as agents for change. This is about corporate behaviour, talent management, sustainability and business success. And it has beome clear that organisations want to know about it, so in 2020 Erika will be focusing on delivering talks and workshops that will give senior people the tools to make the same change in their own organisations. Her passion for change as a force for good sees her donate her time and Spring’s capabilities to a range of organisations. As well as being a digital route panel advisor for the Institute for Apprenticeships and advisor to government’s in house design team, Design102, she’s a board director of the Design Business Association, focusing on the industry’s ability to deliver and articulate value, the need for creative skills and Britain’s global status as a design leader. In 2019 Erika has partnered Ultimate Boxing to launch the Spring Boxing Academy, helping young people to get fit, focused and develop self-respect. She’s also launching Rumpfy Utility Luxe, a fashion brand repurposing vintage military and workwear with beautiful design into covetable works of wearable art."
