Arnaud Bourge started his career at Air France-KLM in customer marketing positions before moving into digital marketing. By joining the digital teams since their creation in 2007, he was involved in the digital transformation of the group. From 2010 to 2017 as Director of Social Marketing & Social Branding, he had taken over the management and development of the Social Media business by launching the social CRM strategy, the digital vision of the brand platform. He joined AccorHotels in June 2017 as VP Advertising, Media & Social Media Strategy. He is now leading branding & digital advertising for AccorHotels.com, defining the global strategy for social media & social CRM, managing media relationships and plans associated for the brands.
