For the last eight years I have worked at Across the Pond, making films for Google, YouTube, Xiaomi, Audible, Universal Music, 20th Century Fox and many other brands. As Managing Director, I lead our teams in London, San Francisco and Singapore ensuring we have happy people delivering brilliant work. These days I get excited by not pitching, pricing, mentoring, thought leadership, working with awesome people and occasionally sticking my oar in the edit. I have a diverse background, having worked in light entertainment TV, niche channel broadcast and the early days of internet video. These varied career paths have given me interesting experiences and perspectives to draw upon as we create and produce super advertising and content.
